Bonnie Goldberg

Ceramicist

Bonnie C Goldberg is a visual artist who works in mediums to produce artwork in both 2 and 3 dimensions. She is from South Florida and has been a member of local art studios and has been studying part time at private art schools, public colleges, and Universities for the past several years.
She has participated in many art shows. She won third best in show in Broward College in 2016, participated in Disobedient in Art Serve in Fort Lauderdale in 2020 and in Form and Fire in Vero Beach in 2023 and 2024. She is currently working for a Batchelor of Fine Arts degree at FAU and has been the studio technician and ceramic instructor at Century Village East in Deerfield Beach since 2020.

Artist Statement

Life is a contnuum of happenings. Some we pursue, others occur in spite of our intentions. We roam through simple and complex events and so much of our reality is centered on our perceptions of those events. These artworks are a journal of my perceptions of events in my life rendered in images. Using both 2 and 3 dimensional mediums, I document my story.

It is my hope that the artwork connects to the viewer, that the content of imagery extends from the paper and clay into the viewer's own life experiences.
