Jazmine Worrell-Bazile

GRAPHIC DESIGNER

My work explores memory, nostalgia, and the increasing presence of misinformation and disinformation in daily life. As I become more aware of how easily information can be altered, I find myself questioning not only what I consume but also how I process and remember it. I am interested in the gap between what is presented as truth and what is actually understood, and in how design, layout, and typography shape what we perceive as true or important.

I create printed posters and reading materials that are digitally designed and then physically altered after printing. Through cutting, layering, and distortion, my work exists as both intentionally designed objects and disrupted artifacts, shifting from something stable into something uncertain. The goal of this work is to spark introspection about whether we can—or should—accept information at face value, and whether our own minds and memories are truly reliable.
